We manufacture non-toxic grade RoHS compliant PVC flexible medical tubing at Paras. When plastics are used in direct contact with a patient's tissue or blood , a high degree of compatibility is required     between the tissue/blood and the material. PVC is characterized by high biocompatibility ,which can be increased further by appropriate surface modification. PVC accounts for almost one third of the cost of medical plastic ,  hence its low cost has a profound effect on maintaining the lower cost of medical plastics generally. PVC can be formulated with excellent transparency to allow for continual monitoring of fluid flow.

APPLICATIONS

1.These Tubing are best used in oxygen mask assemble, as oxygen flow tubing etc.

2.They are also used in medical metal blades as needle protector/covers.

3.PVC  offers the flexibility necessary for applications such as blood bags and IV containers, but it can also be relied upon for its  strength and durability,
