ETFE HOOKUP WIRES

ETFE, also known as, ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, insulated wires, and cables display excellent material toughness, electrical properties and good resistance to heat, flame, and chemical radiation. The ETFE wire can go up to 150°C while the wires display good flexibility and resistance to abrasion. The ETFE wires we have available come in single insulation and dual insulation options.

FEP HOOKUP WIRES

FEP, also known as(fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer) insulated wires, and cables display excellent material toughness, electrical properties and good resistance to heat, flame, and chemical radiation.

The FEP  wire can go up to 200°C while the wires display good flexibility and resistance to abrasion. The FEP wires we have available come in single insulation and dual insulation options.

LFH WIRES & CABLES

These cables are made from a cross linked compounds which are halogen free and fire retardant in nature. These wires do not give out any toxic and black gases when exposed to fire and also do not let the fire spread. These are an eco friendly solution to your cabling requirements. These wires have flame retardant fire resisting properties. In the event of persistent fire, the near total absence of smoke, toxic fumes & corrosive gases make rescuing and fire-fighting easier.

These cables can be shielded or unshielded depending on the requirement. The shielding as well can be customised with Bare or tin coated copper as per the requirement of the customer. This have excellent electrical and mechanical resistance.

The cables are designed with a lower operating temperature of -65⁰C because the temperature of Antarctic or Arctic region is about the same. This would ensure the equipment still functions in the most extremes of conditions on land or on sea.

LIGHT WIEGHT BRAIDS

Offering up to 50% weight savings over traditional copper braids, Paras lightweight braid has excellent electrical shielding performance over a wide frequency range. Made from a high-performance tin-plated copper alloy, the RoHS-compliant pull-on braid is supplied on a former for easy installation onto various substrates. These braids are more flexible than standard industry metal braids, making it very user friendly to work with. Since these braids are uses well-established metal braiding, the transition to lightweight braid is easy. The product can be terminated by standard tooling and installation procedures for existing backshells and band straps, making it easy to introduce it into current applications.

To ease the assembly of hand built harnesses, Paras manufactures a range of braids for the electrical screening of wire bundles. Paras braid is supplied on a tube former which facilitates assembly and is more robust than braid supplied in flattened form. Minimum 93% and a maximum 100% optical coverage possess high usable expansion ratio without loss of properties of resistance from EMI. Available in a wide range of sizes to cover 2.5 to 40.0 mm diameters.

PTFE (TEFLON) WIRES

PTFE Insulated Equipment Wires Sizes AWG 06 to AWG 32 Voltage Grade : 250V, 600V, 1000V,PTFE(Polytetrafluorethylene)  Wires are tape wrapped wires having uniform insulation thickness around the central conductor compared to the wires insulated by extrusion process. Excellent mechanical and electrical properties with a Small size & weight They propagate neither flame nor fire Resistance to solder iron damage They withstand most solvents, water, moisture and are fungus proof. RG CABLES

Coaxial cable conducts electrical signal using an inner conductor (usually a solid copper, stranded copper or copper plated steel wire) surrounded by an insulating layer and all enclosed by a shield, typically one to four layers of woven metallic braid and metallic tape. The cable is protected by an outer insulating jacket. Normally, the shield is kept at ground potential and a signal carrying voltage is applied to the centre conductor. The advantage of coaxial design is that electric and magnetic fields are restricted to the dielectric with little leakage outside the shield. Further, electric and magnetic fields outside the cable are largely kept from interfering with signals inside the cable. This property makes coaxial cable a good choice for carrying weak signals that cannot tolerate interference from the environment or for stronger electrical signals that must not be allowed to radiate or couple into adjacent structures or circuits.

APPLICATIONS

Coaxial cables are used in high frequency transmission, especially for transmitters and receivers, computers, radio and TV transmissions. The varied mechanical, thermal and electronic properties of Coaxial cables mean that they can be used up into the GHz levels, as per cable type.

One advantage of coaxial over other types of radio transmission line is that in an ideal coaxial cable the electromagnetic field carrying the signal exists only in the space between the inner and outer conductors. This allows coaxial cable runs to be installed next to metal objects such as gutters without the power losses that occur in other types of transmission lines. Coaxial cable also provides protection of the signal from external electromagnetic interference.

HFFR materials can be used incase the location of the cable is in flame prone areas for extra safety.
